Sarah Lange received her BS in Community Health from the University of Maryland. She is currently a second year MSPH student in the Human Nutrition program in the Department of International Health. She is a former research assistant for the B’more Healthy Communities for Kids project.
As a research assistant at the GOPC, Sarah has worked on multiple aspects of the B'More Healthy Communities for Kids (BHCK) intervention, including recruitment, data collection, intervention development, and implementation. She has been involved in implementing the BHCK text-message program for parents and maintains the BHCK social media pages. She also assisted with supervising the BHCK youth leaders teaching nutrition education to Baltimore youth in recreation centers.
