Sheryl Siegmund received her BS in Psychology from Towson University and completed her MS in Clinical Community Counseling at Johns Hopkins University School of Education. After completing her MS degree, she earned her License as a Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in 2009.
Mrs. Siegmund began working with the Center in May of 2012 where she provides operational leadership for the Center. She oversees all matters concerning communications, human resources, sponsored activity, contracts, development and finance for the GOPC. She works with funding agencies/sponsors such as NIH, and other federal and external organizations & international partners to ensure smooth operations within the Center.
Prior to her work with the GOPC, Sheryl has seven years of experience working with the Division of Nephrology in the Department of Medicine where she managed all activities related to pre and post-award activity. She was the point person for over twenty transplant PI’s, including the Vice Chairman of Research.
