Funding

Pilot Studies Funding
The GOPC announces its sixth round of pilot studies funding. Offered twice per year, this grant up to $30,000 is available to researchers around the world, at all career levels. Projects must be designed to study childhood obesity from a systems-oriented perspective, and in a way that can inform future policies, whether locally, nationally or globally.

The Johns Hopkins Weight Management Center is Directed by the GOPC Associate Director, Dr. Lawrence Cheskin. The JHWMC takes a multidisciplinary, team-based approach to individualizing treatment for children and adults who are obese. Please call (410) 502-0145 for an appointment.
